	Indev’s Service Offerings: Leak Testing & Safety Checks Nuclear gauges semi-annual radiation safety checks. Indev offers leak testing and shutter mechanism testing all vendors’ sources at a lower cost than most vendors. Indev is a full-service Inspection and Certification company. Indev maintains a complete in-house analysis and certification laboratory that has been approved by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, and as such is acknowledged by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Indev's radiation survey meters and laboratory equipment are calibrated annually by a licensed laboratory, and are traceable to NIST DG8640/87. Calibration conforms to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and ANSI N323-1978. Start-up and Commissioning of new equipment Indev’s service engineers will perform the final electrical terminations and functional check of system operation. The engineer will also train the operators, management and maintenance personnel. Indev’s engineer will ensure the system is operating based on the customer’s specifications. Screen changes will be made onsite if needed, and all required personnel will be trained. The system calibration and accuracy will be tested, any control loops will be tuned, and lastly the customer will be satisfied before the job is complete. Preventative Maintenance Support This program is perfect for those who choose to service their own equipment, but desire regular preventative maintenance services from Indev. Indev’s off-the-shelf modular design makes it the most user friendly, user serviceable system on the market. As a result, we recommend only 2 visits per year. Emergency Field Service When you have tried everything on your own and would like to have someone from the factory help, we have an excellent team of qualified personnel with more application and system experience than most other gauging companies. Just call us, and one of our experienced service engineers will be there. We will get your system up and running. Training Indev’s goal is to keep all our systems up and running 100% of the time. To help you make this happen, we offer training for every level of personnel and management. Indev offers training in operations, maintenance, calibration, tuning, and screen and report modification. Technical Services and Support Indev’s service team is available 24 hours a day for free phone support. All phone support is free - no need to supply a PO to ask questions.
